Printing Estimator/Job Planner

POSITION SUMMARY

Baesman Group is looking for an analytic individual to review print job specifications, develop efficient project plans and calculate associated cost of labor and materials using computer based estimating programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • • Estimate and create efficient layouts and job plans based on the examination of specifications, samples, sketches and layouts furnished by the customer or sales representative.
  • • Develop economical and efficient run plans considering production capabilities.
  • • Use computer based estimating system to calculate labor hours, materials required and other job costs.
  • • Work with internal departments to ensure appropriate materials are available to meet customer demands. Contact outside suppliers for pricing and production guidelines for work not produced in-house.
  • • Research and recommend changes to specifications for potential cost savings.
  • • Have a strong understanding of paper print production, freight, weight and mass and be able to identify potential production issues.

Qualifications, Experience and Education:

    3-5 years of Print Estimator or Job Planner experience. Knowledge of lithographic printing and finishing processes. Experience with 40” sheetfed presses, prepress and bindery.

Human Resources & Administrative Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

Baesman Group is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the day-to-day operations in Human Resource and provide support to senior leadership on an as needed basis. The HR & Administrative Coordinator will carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruiting, training and development, filing and benefit administration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Recruiting

  • • Source, identify and attract candidates through a variety of methods including advertising, networking, internet searching, and referrals.
  • • Perform phone screens and interviews to match potential candidates with open positions. Assess candidate work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements and company fit.
  • • Maintain and prepare recruiting documents such as company information packets, benefit information, offer letters, declination letters, and other general correspondence.
  • • Provide interviewing assistance to managers, such as coordinating and scheduling interviews and travel arrangements for candidates.
  • • Conduct background checks, drug screens and candidate reference checks.
  • • Provide proactive and reactive counsel to company leaders regarding social media and public relations activities.
  • • Proactively recruits to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner.
  • • Meet with new hires on their first day to complete paperwork.

Benefit Administration

  • • Prepare new hire packets.
  • • Complete benefit enrollment and terminations meeting time sensitive deadlines.

Executive Support

  • • As needed, provide executive support to CEO and President on various tasks.

Other Duties:

  • • Manage weekly attendance reporting and occurrence procedures.
  • • Create and manage company, birthday, and anniversary calendars and other forms of internal communication.
  • • Manage company directory and order new hire name plaques.
  • • Assist with internal programs and company events.
  • • Complete HR filing and track document purging schedules.
  • • Provide filing support to finance department
  • • Support general Baesman operations through participation in meetings as appropriate.
  • • Service as an example to other Baesman Associates in matters of appearance, attitude and performance in a manner best serving Baesman clients and associates.
  • • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience and Education:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources
  • • Pervious HR or staffing experience plus, but not required
  • • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
  • • Must be able to interact professionally and positively with all levels of employees
  • • Must possess a high degree of energy, sense of urgency and customer service oriented
  • • Ability to maintain confidential information and work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus.

Business Development, Marketing Solutions Consultant

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Business Development, Marketing Solution Consultant you will have the challenging task of helping the organization develop and acquire new business for our portfolio of marketing services. This position requires a person who is a highly motivated creative thinker with a passion for problem solving. They must have a keen understand of direct to consumer marketing strategies, preferably in the retail or home service vertical markets. The ability to quickly learn and understand our solutions, team oriented selling style and client engagement model. Recognize complex marketing challenges and the experience required to successfully position Baesman and our offerings to marketing executives. You are responsible for executing aspects of the organization's business development plan and selling strategy, identifying new business opportunities, qualification of prospects, and the diligent management of the sales process to successfully negotiate and close deals. Develop an extensive knowledge of current market conditions, trends, solutions and strategies as they relate to direct to consumer marketing programs, channel specific strategies, customer loyalty, acquisition, digital marketing and social media. This position contributes directly to the financial and growth targets set by the business. You will be expected to work both independently and with team environments to both understand and action selling strategies.

Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's degree in marketing (MBA a plus)
  • • Experience in direct to consumer marketing – Agency or Brand
  • • Marketing experience in CRM, database, catalog, digital a plus
  • • Ability to understand and solve problems
  • • Excellent communications skills
  • •Highly driven, self-motivated, with proven selling and presentation skills
  • • 5+ Years experience in developing and executing senior level presentations (client or internal)
  • • Comfortable with senior level executive
  • • Ability to work in very fast paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
