    Jeff leads a team of smart, ambitious people who continually develop winning ideas. With over 20 years of experience in consulting and technology, he is known for building and scaling high-performing teams.

    Vice President

    As VP of Marketing Strategy, Kim leads Baesman's loyalty, data and strategic initiatives. She is tasked with driving client growth, customer acquisition and creating data-driven retention strategies.

    Before joining the Baesman team, Kim spent more than a decade at Victoria's Secret in Direct-To-Consumer campaign strategy and analysis. She built profitable customer acquisition and retention strategies from data-driven analysis.

    Director, Client Services

    John brings more than a decade of top-tier retail practice in customer acquisition, retention and insights to Baesman. John’s role at Baesman focuses on advanced marketing analysis and strategic customer insights. Prior to joining the Insights team, John produced CRM and loyalty campaigns for Victoria’s Secret focused on driving new customers, retention and financial modeling. John has a B.S. in marketing from The Ohio State University.

    Director, Data Analytics

    Having spent over a decade as an analyst with Victoria’s Secret Direct and consulting giant BearingPoint, Susan brings a wealth of experience to the team. She proudly balances managing client accounts and in-depth analysis at work with being the mother of 3 children.

    Brand Marketing Manager

    Evan leads Baesman’s brand direction, content strategy, communications and product partnerships.
    Previously, Evan served as a digital strategist for Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where he managed site marketing, seasonal planning and digital initiatives for the A&F brands.
    Evan graduated from Ohio University with a B.S. in Journalism and a specialization in public relations.

    Andy specializes in email account services from strategic planning to segmentation and analysis. Previously, Andy was a Marketing Specialist for Lands’ End focused on clicks to bricks program management and direct digital marketing. Andy received his B.A. as a marketing major from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater

    Senior Data Analyst

    Tara analyzes customer data patterns and produces customer insights that are the foundation for client strategies. Prior to joining Baesman, Tara was a senior marketing analyst at Alliance Data Systems, where she optimized client campaigns and life cycle journeys through data analysis. Tara is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio.
  • Katie Huesman

    Account Manager

    Katie drives cross-channel CRM and loyalty initiatives for Baesman including data analysis, campaign strategy and marketing execution. Prior to joining Baesman, Katie managed CRM campaigns for DSW. She’s a Columbus native and graduated from the University of Dayton.
  • Chris Davis

    Data Analytics & Insights

    While studying at Ohio State University, Chris had a knack for deciphering anthropological data. His background in forensic anthropology and actuarial science led to a career as a marketing analyst for some of the largest retail brands, and now he brings his skills to Baesman. One of his proudest accomplishments is developing the first Comprehensive Customer Profile Analysis for Baesman’s Insights & Marketing division.

    SQL Database Administrator

    Sharon is responsible for maintaining, configuring and modeling enterprise-level customer data. She has more than 17 years in the industry working for clients ranging from retail to banking. Previous clients include the Ohio Department of Education, Antigua Commercial Bank and Bank of St. Lucia.
  • Becca Logan

    Account Manager

    With more than five years of experience in client services, Becca brings expertise in strategic marketing and operations management to Baesman where she is responsible for cross-channel program management. Prior to joining the team Becca was an account Manager at Alliance Data Systems. Becca has worked with leading retailers including Wayfair, Overstock.com and Bed, Bath & Beyond. She is a graduate of Indiana University.

    Graphic Designer

    Ashley focuses on bringing the customer experience to life through email design and user experience for clients. She graduated with a degree in graphic design from the School of Advertising Art. Prior to joining Baesman, Ashley worked for Interrupt Marketing as a graphic designer.

    Senior Data Analyst

    Brad is responsible for retail marketing analysis, testing methodology and advanced analytics for Baesman’s clients. He has more than 10 years of experience working across multiple industries including retail and insurance. Previously, Brad has worked for Nordstrom’s, DISH Network and Great American Insurance. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a Master’s degree in economics.
  • Liz Porter

    Client Account Manager

    Liz analyzes and executes direct mail campaigns focused on incremental returns. She has comprehensive experience with direct-mail segmentation and testing, as well as logistics to master in-home delivery dates. Liz loves shopping and running her own photography business when she’s not in the office.

    Director, Business Development

    Morgan drives Baesman’s growth by consulting with brands to identify how our experts can build ROI and attain marketing objectives.
    She has more than 10 years in the retail industry with brands such as Nike and Ralph Lauren.
    Morgan received a B.A. from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida.

    Gabrielle specializes in insights, analysis and strategic planning. Her role at Baesman focuses on loyalty program management to support cross-channel client initiatives that drive customer engagement. Previously Gabrielle served as an account manager at Alliance Data Card Services where she managed the Victoria’s Secret Angel Card program. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in communications and marketing.

    Graphic Designer

    As a graphic designer at Baesman, Anastasia focuses on email design, illustration and branding for clients. She graduated with a degree in graphic design from Kuban State University in Russia. She most recently created illustrations, covers and layouts for Columbus-based 614 Media Group including 614 Magazine, Stock & Barrel and 1870 Magazine.

    Jay is responsible for full-service email execution for our clients. He brings email strategies to life through design and coding. Jay also performs web site coding and supports the database team with data management. Jay has always been interested in illustration which is one of his favorite hobbies.
