COLUMBUS, OH – (November 16, 2017) – Baesman Insights & Marketing is pleased to announce that its president, Jeff Sopko, was awarded “Executive of the Year” at the Loyalty360 Customer Loyalty Awards during the association’s inaugural Customer Expo in Nashville, Tennessee this month.
Some of the world’s top brands and marketing executives were recognized across six categories, and together comprise a snapshot of the innovators looking to usher in a new era of customer experience, loyalty, and engagement.

In addition to winning this award, Sopko emceed the Customer Loyalty Awards and sits on Loyalty360’s Board of Advisors, providing counsel on Loyalty360’s strategic initiatives such as developing clear metrics, best practices, standards, and certifications.
The Board of Advisors is driven by demand to bring loyalty to the forefront of marketing, and aims to support Loyalty360 as it sets the future of loyalty marketing.
