Meet the leadership and account teams

A graduate of Miami University, Rod is the third generation to lead this family business. He loves watching new associates work their way up and grow into a position they never thought possible. He spends his free time outdoors with his family playing tennis, snow skiing and recently he learned how to power paraglide. If Rod could tell his clients one thing, it would be “thank you.”
Tyler’s been working for the family business for over two decades alongside his brother (and CEO), Rod. And he takes pride in cultivating relationships with clients so they stay happy and loyal. With his team, he works hard to turn clients’ challenges into successes—and to streamline the process as the clients’ needs change. When he’s not working, Tyler loves to bow hunt with his kids and spend time at his cabin in Athens, Ohio. “We work hard for our clients because we care about the relationship, not the invoice.”
As VP of Marketing Strategy, Kim leads Baesman's loyalty, data and strategic initiatives. She is tasked with driving client growth, customer acquisition and creating data-driven retention strategies.
Before joining the Baesman team, Kim spent more than a decade at Victoria's Secret in Direct-To-Consumer campaign strategy and analysis. She built profitable customer acquisition and retention strategies from data-driven analysis.
With more than 20 years of extensive experience in both human resources and office administration, Maribeth sees her first priority as providing the talent, tools and processes to better assist each and every team member within Baesman. She enjoys contributing back to the community by serving on several boards and volunteering at the local open shelter. Other passions include camping with her family, attending sporting events and live music concerts (aka Groupie).
Mark graduated from The Ohio State University and has over 20 years of accounting leadership experience. He appreciates the challenge of identifying and solving problems. He enjoys helping his team grow and develop new skills over time. Outside of work Mark loves to watch his son participate in sports and spending time with his family going to movies, sporting events and volunteering at a food pantry.
Sam has over 30 years of print operations experience. He enjoys seeing his team accomplish things that they didn’t think possible. Sam’s message to his team is to “think like your customer but act like the owner”. In doing so, the customers’ expectations are achieved in the most efficient manner. Sam likes to spend his free time with his family playing golf and enjoying the outdoors.
Jeremy has been a technologist for 19 years and leads infrastructure, development, and IT initiatives across all of Baesman's divisions. He’s a husband, father, movie lover, and avid cyclist. He spends much of his time at Baesman connecting dots and ensuring that the company is leveraging technology in smart ways that solve customer challenges.
Having spent over a decade as an analyst with Victoria’s Secret Direct and consulting giant BearingPoint, Susan brings a wealth of experience to the team. She proudly balances managing client accounts and in-depth analysis at work with being the mother of 3 children.
Jenn specializes in customer marketing insights and operations. Her role focuses on customer insights and direct mail to achieve client goals. Jenn has always been in the retail space, prior to her current role she worked at Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret and Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream.
Jim has been with Baesman for over 15 years, and works tirelessly with his team to get even the most complex client projects done on time and on budget. He believes that the way to earn trust with clients is to prove it through the dedication he and his team have to quality and “making miracles happen.” Outside of work, he enjoys diving into DIY projects around his house, including light electrical and plumbing work.
With over 30 years of experience in the print and marketing industry, Tracy has had a long history of working with clients to achieve their marketing goals. Her favorite part of her job is building long term relationships with her customers, and becoming an extension of their marketing and production teams. Her customers rely on her expertise and knowledge to help create a seamless process for execution of their marketing strategies and campaigns. “Baesman has a great team atmosphere. Every associate understands how critical their part of the process is to the overall project, and the quality and attention to detail is second to none.” Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, as well as leading a Girl Scout troop and her church Youth Group.
Vicki thrives on making her customers happy and does all she can to make sure expectations are met or exceeded every time. The extensive knowledge, collaboration and professionalism put into each and every job from start to finish is what she loves most about Baesman. "I'm constantly proud of and amazed by our teams. They take so much pride and work tirelessly to ensure the work leaving our building is perfection! They ROCK!" Vicki also enjoys running, traveling (wherever there’s sand or snow) and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
Helping her clients with their print marketing challenges is what Karla enjoys most about her work at Baesman. The collaborative approach to problem solving she shares with her coworkers makes a real difference their clients. Outside of work, Karla loves to golf with her husband and spend time with her daughters.
With over 17 years serving clients in the print and logistics industry, Brenda is excited to provide solutions for a new range of clients. When she is not finding solutions for clients, Brenda enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, 4 children, and dog.
Helping her clients achieve more than they thought possible is what drives Megan every day. With over six years in the printing industry, she enjoys looking for efficiencies and ways to help her clients' vision shine. A proud graduate of Ohio University she enjoys golfing, fishing, and longboarding when she's not producing amazing work.
What Teresa loves most about working at Baesman are her coworkers who are knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the client is happy. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Dayton, one in marketing and one in business leadership. Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family and her dog. “I am involved in the client’s project from start to finish. I take pride in making sure that it’s produced correctly and on time, every time.”
Kristian specializes in customer loyalty program marketing. By strategically using data analytics, Kristian helps her clients make smarter marketing decisions. Having spent over 15 years in the retail industry, she has spent the most recent eight years managing, launching, and enhancing retail credit loyalty programs.
