POSITION SUMMARY
This position requires an excellent collaborator, communicator, and analytical mind with extensive knowledge of retail consumer data, database infrastructure, and agency delivery process management. The successful candidate is a problem solver in a fast-moving and highly diverse environment who will be able to handle multiple complex data-driven projects across clients simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Advanced Analytics: Work to identify and develop meaningful and actionable insights to support strategy development for client base. Develop segmentation validation and testing strategy and update/refresh based on ongoing results. Ability to design statistical modeling methodology in support of client marketing goals and objectives and drive model build on behalf of the client.
  • Retail Marketing Test Hypothesis and Methodology Development: Derive and design complex multi-channel retail marketing testing strategies that include data driven hypothesis, statistically relevant test design/methodology. Prepare back-test presentation where relevant to support business case for testing methodology.
  • Retail Marketing Analysis: Provide analysis and “story” in support of standard campaign reporting, including trends, anomalies, testing results and key insights. Develop and present actionable future campaign strategy recommendations based on these findings as well as recommendations for additional deep dive reporting to validate hypothesis.

This entry-level position is responsible for the timely and cost-effective production of quality printed materials by acting as a feeder operator in conjunction with a team leader on any of the printing presses. Digital Print Operator - 2nd shift Hilliard

Baesman Group is seeking a Digital Print Operator for our second shift operations (Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM). This individual will be responsible for the setup and operation of a full range of printing equipment. Must be experienced with multicolor equipment and be able to stand for long periods of time, regularly move/lift up to 25 pounds, frequently 50 pounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Run all small and wide format equipment effectively, including:

  • Programming the machine to effectively run the jobs presented
  • Load, unload and clear jams on the machine to keep it operating
  • Place service calls when required, and accurately inform the technicians of the issues at hand
  • Perform operator maintenance and replenish consumables on both machines
  • Accurately read and follow a job ticket.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly working area.
  • Maintain a daily shift “pass down log” that summarizes current job status and documents any pending issues or questions regarding a project.
